Jesse M. Keenan, Associate Professor of Sustainable Real Estate within the faculty of the School of Architecture at Tulane University describes the challenges that decarbonizing the built environment entails. He discusses how construction and building science are key in demoralizing the architectural agenda towards green capital and green growth. Keenan highlights some major contributions of Climax Change! by Pedro Gadanho and how the book has helped to fill some historical gaps as well as providing references and prototypes to rethink climate change adaptation.
