Global Illumination with Ambient Occlusion
GI Preset: Interior - High (High Diffuse Depth)
Light Caches set to Full Animation
The main light source in this scene is an area light placed down the hallway, on the right, and around a corner, each orange ball also contains a small orange light as well.
Overall, I saw little to no flicker in the GI and the result is a very V-Ray feeling interior lighting setup.
