Oscar-winning documentary filmmaker Errol Morris discusses his new film "The Unknown Known" during a visit to the Nieman Foundation on November 13, 2013. In this excerpt of his conversation with 2014 Nieman Fellow Anna Fifield, he talks about getting the film's title from a Rumsfeld press conference and why it and some of his other well-known phrases—including "the absence of evidence is not evidence of absence"—represent such a dangerous line of thinking.
