The black haired guy with the microphone is Christian Markert, a former high-ranking Scientologist.
When Christian yells at the Scientologists who were pretending to have a lame "Human Rights" themed party across the street, he says: "You're talking about freedom rights. which freedom rights did Lisa McPherson have? Comm Cycle! Which freedom rights did Lisa McPherson have?"
