Tinago Evacuation Centre is located in a neighbourhood called Tinago near the port of Cebu in the Philippines. Every day, tens of people who have just arrived in Cebu via plane or ship turn up here to be registered and receive assistance. It is also home to some 150 storm survivors from Tacloban city in Leyte Province, which bore the brunt of Typhoon Haiyan, one of the strongest storms to ever make landfall. A group of Taiwanese doctors set up a medical camp on Saturday, treating wounds people have received during the storm. For many, this was the first time they've received medical care.
