OMG, I love love love this exercise.
I quite often do it to my daughter when I am putting her to bed because it just brings around instant relaxation.
The first part of the exercise helps release the tension we all hold in our hands from continual use. This in itself is decadent.
Now the second part takes this exercise to a whole new level. The generation of heat with your hands, applying them to your face and the light on your tapping of your fingers on your forehead create a soothing yet energising impact on our face and mind.
It really is a true indulgence. Do it often!
