Folks who live in some Birmingham, Ala., neighborhoods are trapped in communities with deadly levels of industrial pollution. Collegeville, Fairmont and Harriman Park are boxed in by heavy industry, raining soot and chemicals down on the residents and their property. People have been leaving for decades, but many are stuck, unable to afford to get out. "Toxic City: Birmingham's Dirty Secret" tells the stories of those left behind and explore how this happened and how to fix the problem. For more information, visit toxicbirmingham.gaspgroup.org.
