Green building revolution – moving from performance improvements to genuinely productive assets

New Zealand has begun to embrace the benefits of improved building design to minimise and reduce impacts on people and the environment; and the financial benefits have been well-shown.

Clarifying the shifts in decision-making behaviours that still need to occur, Dave spoke about why it makes good financial sense to continue challenging the status quo and leverage more value from buildings.
