YP.com asked Singley + Mackie to run a Promoted Trend campaign, Twitter's largest and most prominent ad unit. After weeks of planning and research, we decided on a hashtag that was brand-centric and would most likely get massive organic lift.
The results surprised even us. Over the course of the 24 hour takeover, the hashtag was used over 53,000 times, which is 5-40x more volume than any of the Promoted Trends in the week prior or the week after.
