I have just got back from another truly amazing journey on the wonderful True North. This time the destination was through the islands of the Bismarck sea. I cant begin to describe the experience we had on this fascinating cruise. Hopefully this short snapshot of some of the places we visited will give you an idea.
This edit was knocked up during the trip to show on the final night so it's more a collage of images than anything else. The full edit will be released in time so please stay tuned.
Most of the footage was captured on the Canon C300 which once again showed it's true colours when filming in extreme tropical conditions. Humidity was high so I left the camera outside for the entire trip to minimise the effect of fogging lenses. I also used a Hero 3 for some of the underwater sequences with a few others being shot on an olympus OMD by crew member Oli Oldroyd.
Music was by James Newton Howard from the movie "The Village"
Hope you enjoy.
