A Night To Remember

The Jesus Revolution or the Jesus Movement, as it was called at the time, was a true outpouring of God’s Spirit upon our nation. It appeared to spring up simultaneously everywhere. Most notably, it’s epicenter was in Southern California; but that’s only part of the story. I know, because I lived it, as did a great many of our generation. For me, it all began in our hometown, Prescott, in northern Arizona.

By the time the Jesus Movement gained public notice, I was already saved and an outpouring of God’s spirit was already exploding in our small mountain community. Hundreds of young people were coming to Christ. For me, it all started in my car several years earlier as we, me and four of my friends, were driving through the Arizona desert at night. One of these friends was Ron Burrell, the other was his brother, Walter. A true miracle is about to happen and it will be, “A Night To Remember.” This is our story.
