This video uses the voices and photos of students from the Salzburg Academy on Media & Global Change to explain this summer program that annually brings together students and faculty from five continents..

In partnership with leading universities around the world, the Salzburg Global Seminar hosts students in Schloss Leopoldskron, an 18th century Baroque palace, most famously used as the movie "home" for the "Sound of Music" movie.

Undergraduate, masters and doctoral students who want to attend the Salzburg Academy can register for the three-week summer program through the Education Abroad office at the University of Maryland, College Park. Students coming through the University of Maryland receive credit for two college courses.
