B-roll: First concrete pour for West Point power improvement

Construction crews pour the first concrete for the foundation of a 24,000-square-foot building that will house new onsite batteries at West Point Treatment Plant. A steady stream of trucks is delivering more than 1,600 tons of concrete for the capital project, which will provide operators with an uninterruptable power supply, making the region's largest treatment plant more reliable and resilient to climate impacts.
