This home video was captured by my father (almost certainly) in 1975. Captured originally on (silent) 8mm film, in the mid 1980's the 8mm film was transferred to VHS tape and the audio you hear in this video was dubbed. The transfer from 8mm to VHS was done at Captain Video (route 9 in Bayville, near the entrance to Sylvan Lakes). The independent video store is long gone. The audio dub was done using a typical home stereo system (which included a turntable) and most notably an early VCR with audio dubbing capability. A few years ago, I transferred the VHS tapes to DVD, and generated several digital file versions of various clips, including this one.
