Everyone should make bread once in their life!
This recipe is from Jim Lahey at Sullivan Street Bakery in NYC.
3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp instant yeast
1 1/4 tsp salt
3 cups room temperature water (I preferred bottled spring water)
Enjoy! (If you want a sourdough cheat, save some dough from each batch to create the next batch in the same unwashed airtight container)
