Video presents a work in progress showing brief interactions with 3D simulated computer environments resulting in poetic implementations of very simple artificial life and artificial intelligence algorithms. The integrator’s emotional states captured through a Brain Controlled Interface (BCI) affects the artificial behavior of virtual agents (bots) acting autonomously inside diverse virtual worlds. In the search for any kind of symbiosis among humans and machines the idea of such a symbiosis emerged. Humans’ emotional states (could also be thoughts also but emotions are more poetic) affect autonomous machine processes, creating a totally new form of interaction. I am calling this kind of interaction exoendogenous interactivity.
Within virtual worlds - Whiteness.Branqueza and Blackness.Negreza - the variation of human emotional state expressed by the orange line reflects upon the behavior of the colliding balls.
Within AutonomousMagentaBots and AutonomousLilacBots the human emotions expressed by the orange line affects the parameters related as how flock of bots seek and escape one another creating a kind of virtual dance. It’s even possible to transform a seeker bot in a kind of virtual predator that will 'eat' the escapee bot detaching it from the scene.
Within SyntheticFractalGrowth and OrganicFractalGrowth the human state expressed by the orange line affects the 'gene' of the growth when it begins. The state captured at that instant affects the aging time of the process and the parameters related to the size of the 'branches' (the cones).
