Dunamis of Acts Pt7 Cost of the Cross | Show ID# rb-121013-acts-pt7
Dunamis of Acts Pt7 Cost of the Cross begins at Ephesus with disciples of John, baptized unto Repentance. Paul brings them the fulfillment of a Messiah who came and the Holy Ghost infilling. We find Paul and his companions teaching at the School of Tyrannus, where "all Asia heard" the message and knew of the mighty miracles God did.
But in Dunamis of Acts Pt7 Cost of the Cross, we find the true Cost of the Cross and herein lay the backbone of the Apostolic anointing and call. We find the two missionary journeys so far reaping much fruit of both Jews and Gentiles. But Paul is constrained to go to Jerusalem for Pentecost. Here we find him saying goodbye to the elders of Ephesus who would make up a backbone ministry when Paul leaves and will never return, as he says "You shall never see my face again."
Act 17:29 KJV Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
Act 17:30 KJV And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
Act 17:31 KJV Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
