I work as a freelance designer of window displays. In November 2013 I was given free license to make a seasonal display for Ocelot Books in Berlin. The manager wanted it to incorporate some interesting lighting effects, which was just what I was thinking too. I worked on the idea of each book being like a theatre, and tried as much as possible to make the pieces solely out of the paper of each book. For the lighting I used LEDs and ATtiny microchips, for which I wrote the programs. All in all, it was the project which has used the widest range of my skills.
