On April 18, 1942, the Doolittle Tokyo Raiders left a legacy by boosting American morale after the attack on Pearl Harbor. The American Veterans Center has joined the Doolittle Tokyo Raiders in establishing The Doolittle Tokyo Raiders "Wings of Valor" Award to preserve the legacy and service of the Raiders. Lieutenant Colonel Richard Cole, co-pilot of James Doolittle, speaks about the award that he and the remaining raiders have entrusted to the American Veterans Center to ensure that their historic feat is remembered.
