Ahshi is a new kind of human, she can discover and intimately understand people and objects through her sense of touch.
In a world far older than our own we find her wandering a new landscape with inhabitants echoing from the old world.
We all discover that Ahshi is the embodiment of the future and we should not to be afraid of her.
Ahshi was Written and Directed by Harrison Willmott, Shot by Ross Gill and Edited by Luke Jeffery, with Sound by Tom Collier and Music composed by Adam Wickens.
The Production was supported by Exeter Phoenix Digital as part of their Short Film Bursary Commission scheme. Huge Thanks to everyone involved and everyone who supported us all throughout the process, for many of us this was a collaborative learning production and an enormously fun and challenging experience.
Please let us know what you think of Ahshi so we know what we're doing right and where we're going wrong.
" Think Moonrise Kingdom (Anderson, 2012) via Stalker (Tarkovsky, 1979) and you’re somewhat close to picturing this film. Nicely shot." - Devon and Cornwall Film
