We regularly organise both qualitative & quantitative in-home visits; generally to complement product & usage research.
Qualitative in-home visits are conducted by a trained moderator, and often encompass tasks being conducted during the visit, providing an opportunity to observe & explore in detail a respondent’s usage experience. Online or paper diaries can be incorporated into studies ensuring the respondent has an opportunity to capture their unprompted views & opinions prior to visit.
Quantitative studies are interviewer led & have a structured questionnaire approach with data being captured either via tablets or pen & paper.
