After a 6.1-magnitude earthquake struck a remote province of Tibet, BGR partners assessed and developed a response that included help for children in a boarding school. With cold weather coming on, the school had little heat and windows were broken. The children did not have warm clothes to wear or blankets for their beds. BGR partners provided winter clothing (shoes, socks, jackets, caps and gloves) for 400 elementary students, and quilts for 140 students. Broken windows were also replaced in the dorms. Pray that these children will know the warmth of God's love. You can help children in need by visiting gobgr.org and donating to BGR's Widows, Orphans and Children Fund or the Disaster Response Fund.
