This eight-minute video is a case study in peasant-run organic and fairtrade cocoa cultivation and manufacture in the Centro Cacaotero of Colombia, high in the Andes mountains in the town of San Vicente de Chucurri. In the video the head of the peasant's cooperative and the head plant biologist describe the techniques for creating cocoa and chocolate.
