The Town of Middletown, Rhode Island is looking to build a new middle-high school to help bring its educational system into the 21st century. During recent visits to new schools in Saugus and Weymouth, Massachusetts, students, parents and educators saw just how far the community is lagging behind when it comes to building safety.
