As personal trainer I am a fitness professional, my work in personal training involves developing, directing and instructing my clients in exercise, nutrition and health. I motivate clients by setting levels, or bars and I call them, and providing feedback and accountability to them. I measure my client's personal training thru strengths and weaknesses, with fitness assessments. One-on-one we will work together, with your personal training program, to sculpt the body that you desire. Sessions are normally one hour and we will target the areas that you would like to focus on the most. Training isn't just about exercising, you may also have to alter your diet in order to achieve the best results possible. Together we will constantly Raise The Bar on your fitness and personal health!
