Documentation of the first iteration of Tender, a public video installation at the Frances Morrison Central Library in Saskatoon. Tender consisted of 2 synchronized projections of 9-minute video loops on 4 windows, 6.23 x 2.40 m., as a part of aneco new public art 2007-2010.
