This is a portrait of an early wide angle lens -- the aus Jena Flektogon 4/20, made in East Germany by the former Zeiss company. This specimen was equipped with a Pentax M42 screw mount. After years of neglect, it required a thorough restoration, including a cleaning of the elements and repair of the aperture activation mechanism. It's field of view on a modern micro four thirds camera is equivalent to a 40mm lens, hardly a wide angle perspective, yet it is still fun to use, and yields interesting results.
