Raja Ampat (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raja_Ampat_Islands)
Where time stands still and beauty overflows from every nook and cranny of this archipelago known to the locals as the Four Kings. Raja Ampat certainly is a diver's paradise, with amazing biodiversity unrivalled anywhere else in the world.
We dived for 7 days (late Nov 2013) aboard the KM Black Manta, in the awesome company of the dive masters (Cedric, Michael, Handri, Anto) and crew. With abundant marine life amidst the brilliant colours of the untouched coral, there was always something for everyone. We saw webbegongs, blacktip sharks, manta rays, hawksbill turtles, barracudas, rainbow runners, sweetlips, fusiliers, napoleon wrasses, batfish, barramundis, moray eels, cuttlefish. Not to mention, pygmy seahorses, nudibranches, spider crabs, squat lobsters, decorator crabs, ghost pipefish, electric clams, numerous sea fans.
Will most definitely be back to visit this majestic kingdom again...
