Tiffany Mikell is a self-taught programmer who was hired on with Dev Bootcamp because of their shared desire to disrupt education with the best of intentions in mind. As the admissions and community manager at the Chicago headquarters, she is excited to give students a feeling of empowerment as they learn new skills that can be applied to improving their worlds.
She hopes her career acts as an example of what is available to other black women who might be curious about pursuing work in software engineering and technology.
