The live presentation was part two of two. Part one was the educational component -- delivered virtually -- and included five online modules and the first year of a three-year case study. Part two was presented in two 1 1/2 hour segments at a banking conference and included review and application. Linda presented information in the first session and then in the second session, she worked the room as groups competed to see who would get the tax return analysis 'right'.
Linda assigned multiple attendees from one company to different groups so that participants learned from Linda and also shared guidelines and approaches with credit professionals from other organizations.
