One of Britain’s most high profile wine commentators and writers, Oz Clarke, had his palate re-awakened to the delights of Australian wine as part of a two week exploration of wine regions including the Margaret River, Barossa, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula, McLaren Vale, Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley in December 2013.
We met up with Oz in the Barossa Valley for a chat about his food and wine experiences on the trip. We also reminisced about his favourite Australian food and wine experiences and Oz shared his advice for Australian wineries and winemakers. Cheers!
