Eric is founder and host of North Williamsburg Seasonal Tasting Society, a monthly supper serving elevated plates to adventurous diners. NWSTS was built to encourage chef-guest relationships, influenced by world travel and the changing seasons of the Northeast.
Most recently, Eric launched his artisanal food product company called Black & Bolyard Brown Butter while simultaneously heading the kitchen at NY's hottest wine bar La Compagnie in SoHo.
