Marcelo Kulish is a bio-engineer who in 1999 became a chef. In Buenos Aires he now runs Espacio Azai, a space especially designed for experimental cooking with groups.
In this video Marcelo takes the Sunshine Steak oven for a test drive. He cooks three cuts of beautiful Argentinian beef: 'vasillo', 'bife the chorizo' and 'colita de cuadril'. Half of the meat goes on a traditional BBQ, and the other half in the sun at low temperature.
