"Faith Connections" is a feature documentary directed by Pan Nalin ("Samsara", "Valley Of Flowers") that I edited in mid-2013. It is an Indian+French co-production.
The film features fascinating stories of a plethora of colourful characters encountered during the Kumbh Mela, India's biggest religious pilgrimage festival that is touted to be the most massive gathering of people on the planet. The film explores the power of faith against a spectacular display of religious fervour and devotion.
The film had its world premiere at Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF 2013) and then travelled to many other festivals including CPH:DOX, IFFI Goa and MAMI Mumbai. Currently it has started its distribution run in many European countries.
