This is from the January 14, 2014 Q&A Webinar for Popup Card Studio - Part 2
Introduction to the NEW Popup Card Studios software from the makers of Make The Cut! - Part 2. This is a continuation of Part 1 so that Andy could show additional techniques.
Popup Card Studio 1.0.1 is used for demos in this Webinar.
There was no thread for questions on the Forum for the 01/14/14 Webinar because Make the Cut’s Popup Card Studio Version 1.0.1 was introduced at CHA and on the Make the Cut Forum on January 11, 2014. See this thread:
forum.make-the-cut.com/discussion/36575/new-software-popup-card-studio-v1-0/p1. Therefore the 01/14/14 Webinar was Andy showing the new software program and answering questions people had. PLEASE NOTE: At this time, PCS is only available in the Windows environment

These timestamps do not give every little option to each item but notes the general areas of the program and where Andy discussed them and the “options” available in that area.
00:00:00 Continuation of 01/14/14 Webinar showing the Introduction to Popup Card Studio
The recording was picked back up after stopping the original video. After stopping the original recording – Andy continued showing some different features. There was a discussion about conflicting pieces on different Z orders fighting for the same piece of paper. Recording was started to show how Andy would handle fixing this problem. PLEASE NOTE: This is a very “advanced” problem and not one that would be regularly encountered. There are also different approaches to handling the issue. This video shows one way Andy showed it could be handled. Also see the 02/04/14 Webinar recording for a way Bryan shows to handle it and the 01/28/14 Webinar for a way SusanBlueRobot shows to handle it. All similar but slightly different.
00:00:15 Andy demonstrates how he would handle fixing the issue when he has multiple pieces “fighting” over the same piece of paper based on their Z order.
00:04:50 Andy shows how to check a projects cut and fold lines using the “print preview” option
00:07:25 Andy shows the “white line” which shows whether or not your card will fold properly without part of it sticking out of the top or side of your card. You can fix by either resizing your card larger or using the “Global Operations” to resize smaller.
00:12:11 “Reset Your Zoom” Button on the top menu choices or the shortcut keyboard control “Control Q.” Either takes you back to the full view of your project.
