At the recital dedicating the pipe organ at Our Lady of Refuge after the restored pipe organ had thrilled a sold out church - the Pastor publicly thanked the two owners of the organ building firms that restored the instrument and the donors. Father Perry & Bishop DiMarzio presented them with plaques to be hung in the organ and a plaque for each to take back to their employees. It was wonderful to see Father Perry and Bishop DiMarzio thank not only the owners of the firms but 60 + talented craftsmen who spent hundreds of hours restoring thousands of the parts of the organ.
The work these two organ building firms did is excellent and exceeded everyone's expectations.
