Area's to watch:

1. Vertical Oscillation - is the movement causing excessive upwards 'bobbing', or primarily forwards movement
2. Rotation - is the torso/trunk rotating, or held in a controlled position
3. Arm Movement - are the arms working to assist the leg rhythm
4. Foot placement - where in relation to the body's centre of mass is the foot landing..under the hips or outstretched in front
5. Foot position - is the foot landing on heel or flat footed, is it causing a braking force
6. Joint Torque - Are legs outstretched in front (with foot landing), or behind pushing off, or is it a compact movement
