Making your own cereal is quick and easy. This recipe requires a dehydrator. I like to suggest to people that if eating healthfully is a lifestyle commitment that they can go ahead and drop their microwave off at a recycle place and buy a dehydrator. Put the dehydrator in the place the microwave was in the kitchen. If you have children, the dehydrator will come in very handy for making healthy snacks. Apple chips alone are worth it!
