In this teaching Dr. Don G. Pickney expose the "Extreme Apostles and Prophets Movement"(Founded and Headed up by Dr. Bill Hamon, with its primary leaders C. Peter Wagner, Church Pierce, Dutch Sheets, Paul Cain [who in 2005 confessed to long term homosexuality and alcoholism and stepped down from ministry only to return shortly thereafter), and embraced by Rick Joyner, and others. The purpose of this teaching is to expose their belief that they are leading the Church out of the "Dispensation of Grace," and into the "Kingdom (Now) Dispensation." Their doctrines which attempt to support the "Seven Mountain" theology in which the Church will physically invade all the world's systems and subdue them, overthrowing all wickedness through a mass army of "spiritual warriors," led by their Apostles and Prophets who will gather all of the power of the Church under their umbrella, establish perfect unity, which will transform the "Mortal Church," to "Immortality," creating the "Eternal Church. They believe that once this is accomplished, they will gain all of the victory of Satan in the Earth, and hand it as a trophy to Jesus who will receive it, then return to Earth to head up the "Established Kingdom" and we will move into eternity.
Dr. Don G. Pickney shares their teaching that the "old laid foundation" of the Church is in shambles and instead of patching it up, they have been raised up to lay a "direct extension" onto the Church's foundation in order to usher in and build a new foundation and building, discarding the "rapture of the Church" as a hindrance and bringing the Church into its "proper alignment."
Scripture however says about the "foundation of the Church," 2Ti 2:17-19 AMP "And their teaching [will devour; it] will eat its way like cancer or spread like gangrene. So it is with Hymenaeus and Philetus, (18) Who have missed the mark and swerved from the truth by arguing that the resurrection has already taken place. They are undermining the faith of some. (19) But the firm foundation of (laid by) God stands, sure and unshaken."
Just as Paul found it necessary to "name" two of the ministers in the Church who were spreading error, as well as other names in another passage, Dr. Don G. Pickney found it necessary to give the names of those leading this world-wide error regarding a false "New Apostolic Dispensation" with its "extended foundation."
1Co 3:10-11 AMP According to the grace (the special endowment for my task) of God bestowed on me, like a skillful architect and master builder I laid [the] foundation, and now another [man] is building upon it. But let each [man] be careful how he builds upon it, (11) FOR NO OTHER FOUNDATIAN CAN ANYONE LAY THAN THAT WHICH IS [ALREADY ] LAID."
