A. Lift your partners leg by holding it above the knee and place it on your lap
B. Use your forearms as a rolling pin to kneed the glutes, hamstrings, and calf muscles
C. By bending the knee the calf muscle is more relaxed and it will enable you to massage more points of tension along the center line of the calf (which holds most of the tension on the leg)
