Last summer, Brianna saw a fascinating art installment in Vancouver with steel balls rolling down tracks in every direction. She asked her dad if they could make one at home. After working on a small prototype to help flesh out some ideas and scouring the internet for kid friendly projects, we spent the next few months of collecting enough paper towel tubes, toilet paper tubes, and those especially long tubes dad can get from work to make it happen. All the materials were things we found at home. The first 2/3 of the track were in place when Brianna made her special request of a loop-de-loop as a finale. It took some brainstorming, but we made it happen. Enjoy!
