Fluid texture 2d control the glue strength of ncloth constrain. (Fluid texture 2d is inverted ). outAlpha - > glueStrengthMap.
To be clear after you create the constrain there will be another node that will be created ( nComponen ) ( it is visible through the hypershade also the outliner with DAG object only ticked off). connect Fluid texture 2d outAlpha - > glueStrengthMap of the nComponen . if you have other constrain you need to check to which constrain the nComponen belong.
