This is an installation demo for physical soundscaping. All the cubes have six different sounds which are detected through their markers. Through a top down webcam these markers are recognized by the Vuforia plugin for Unity. The sounds and their low-pass and attentuation effects have been set-up through the audio middleware called Wwise.
The idea is that when improved, you can quickly set up a soundscape which is useful for experimenting with sounds for games or something else entirely such as accompanying storytelling.
