Transforming Still Life Painting (2012) is a ‘digital painting’ brought to life an oil painting from 1618 by Ambrosius Bosschaert the Elder and was made in collaboration with creative studio MPC.
The work creates a rare intersection between Old Master connoisseurship and contemporary new media art. It is currently on display at Manchester Art Gallery, has been accepted into the Mauritshuis permanent collection and was shown at The Frick Collection in New York in their most successful exhibition of all time.
