Lincoln County Community Corrections gives offenders a way to work off their sentence instead of sitting in jail.
Work crews get their day’s assignments from Public Works supervisors. This program is a joint effort by the two departments.

In 2006 more than 2900 workers put in a total of 23,296 hours of labor for Lincoln County. 16 different agencies paid a total of nearly $145,000 for the services.
