Internal MTSI and external communications with customers and teammates have equal priority. If issues exist which hinder our ability to support customer or company needs, we will voice these concerns in a clear and timely manner. We disagree with alternate opinions in a respectful manner at all times. Open and honest communication should exist at and between all levels within the company. We only remain a strong company, if we are not afraid to raise and confront our issues.
