For this simulation i use'd 3DSmax 2013 MassFX Flow inside ParticleFlow..
Step 1: Generating grid particles from chair volume,
Step 2: Bind the particles to the ground, (yellow binding)
Step 3: Another binding to bind particles to each other. (blue binding)
Step 4: Simulate..
Step 5: Skin the chair mesh to the simulated particles.
Step 6: Render..
