Maurice Walters Architect provided urban design and architectural design services for the conceptual design and Planned Unit Development (PUD) application for a multi-family residential development. The project also went through the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB), where it was approved for concept.
The site is located in the Southwest neighborhood of Washington D.C, adjacent to the Waterfront Metro station. It consists of two existing residential towers designed by I.M. Pei, and replaces asphalt parking lots on the site with two new flanking residential towers of 190 units each.
