Motorcycle Ride - kneeds erector spine muscles, alleviates spine tension, stretches anterior deltoids & pectoral muscles, stretches shoulder joint.
A. Grab your partners wrist and turn them so it creates an opening for the shoulder joint and stretch on the pectoral muscles as if accelerating your motorcycle.
B. Place your feet along side of the spine but not on the spine. Use feet and toes as tools to massage the erector muscles (along the sides of the spine)
C. Place your feet on the scapula and press your feet into your partner while you pull their arms to give them a nice stretch. Hold the stretch in a place that is comfortable to your partner
