This presentation will explore the rapidly expanding applications of brain stimulation to both understand and potentially treat childhood developmental disorders. Participants will first gain familiarity with how TMS can map neurophysiology and plasticity in normal development, perinatal stroke-induced cerebral palsy, and neurodevelopmental disorders including autism. Emerging therapeutic applications including clinical trials being run by many members of the NeuroDevNet CP team will be highlighted.
